Do tenants pay rent through AWDRent?
No. Tenants pay by EFT straight into your trust account, as they do today. AWDRent never holds or moves money; it tracks what was paid and what is owed.
Can we bring our existing tenants and leases across?
Yes. Owners, properties, tenants and leases can be imported from a spreadsheet, and we help you get set up.
What does a tenant need?
Just an email address or cellphone number. They sign in to the tenant portal with a one-time code, with no password to remember.
Do we get our own address?
Yes. Every agency has its own address, such as youragency.awdrent.co.za, with your logo and colour on the tenant and owner portals.
How much does it cost?
